experience was gained in the highly regulated and technical world of pharmaceutical manufacturing and included the achievement
of a World Class rating from an AMIS audit.

It is my belief that maintenance is too often seen as a low intellect activity
and often loses out in attention and funding to the much sexier and talent attracting world of project management. However,
it is often the case that during the life of an asset its reliability and maintenance costs exceed its original purchase and
installation. Reliability and maintenance should be a major contributor to the design and selection process of projects.

Here is a list of typical ways I can help you: · Audit your existing maintenance operation or system and reveal areas for improvement or cost saving · Advise on a maintenance strategy that meets your business needs and development direction · Optimising your utilisation of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Maximo or SAP · Reviewing, cleaning or creating your maintenance data such as Assets, Equipment, PMs, Job Plans. This may include survey of your site to establish your Assets and Equipment (Google ad) · Validation of CMMSs (As typically required in pharmaceutical operations) · Establishing maintenance procedures for your maintenance administration processes or specific plant regimes · Establishing maintenance regimes for GMP equipment that meets regulations, the ISPE Good Maintenance Guide and supports the validated nature of the asset · Optimising your maintenance stores, QA processes and stock control · Establishing energy saving maintenance regimes for building fabric, services and utilities.
